Kathmandu

Those of you who have been following the blog for a while know that last summer I spent a month traveling between Kathmandu and Moscow via Tibet, China and Siberia. I’ve seen so many great places during this trip that I occasionally go back through those photos and find more that I could post.

I took the photo below from the top of the Monkey Temple which has a great view of Kathmandu. Since quite a few people on the Facebook page seemed to like my previous tone-mapped image, I thought I’ll go the same route with this one. It’s actually a panorama made out of two tone-mapped images (each of these are made out of 5 separate exposures).
