This is another shot (the previous one can be found here) taken from the top of the Old Town Hall Tower in Prague overlooking the Old Town Square and the Church of Our Lady Before Tyn.
As I mentioned before the day we went up in the tower was not an ideal one for photography. The sky was very boring and the light really flat. I mostly took bracketed exposures thinking I will be able to salvage some of the details by tone-mapping the image. That’s the case for the image below, tone-mapped from 5 exposures ranging from -2E.V. to +2E.V. It’s by no means perfect, but I still think it deserved a post.
One extra detail about the post-processing… I felt the image worked better if I flip it horizontally, but I’m not sure if this is just a personal thing or if you agree with it.
