
Twenty four years ago, when I first visited Riyadh the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD for short) was not even in planning stages (or at least I don’t think it was). I have seen it grow over the years from just a few buildings to the collection of amazing architecture that it is now.
Over the weekend I was there photographing some of the newly opened metro stations and the morning before my flight back to Dubai I had a bit of time at sunrise to grab a couple of images of the KAFD.
