Burj Khalifa and the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard photographed in 2011
During the last few weeks I have been doing Instagram posts with some of my old and new images grouped based on a common theme and today I was looking for photographs I have made of Burj Khalifa. I came across this one which I had processed in a slightly different way and I thought I could do a better job now since the original image was made in 2011. That plus the software getting so much better over the years allowed me to come away with a better final image than before.
The really interesting detail about this particular image is that it’s not really possible to get this view anymore as the sides of the circle shaped road (called Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard) you see is now pretty much built up.
