The Urn Tomb
As those of you that follow my Twitter feed know, I am currently in Jordan for a few days visiting Amman and Petra. I’ve spent two great, but very tiring, days in Petra exploring the massive historical complex.
Although most of you will remember the typical picture of the Treasury in Petra, which was featured in one of the Indiana Jones movies, I will start my series of shots from Jordan with the Urn Tomb. This tomb is the first in the Royal Tombs and while the actual tomb is not that impressive, the location is. The rock walls have incredibly beautiful shapes and colours that make for great photographic opportunities.
