Against the sand
I’m on my way to London for work, but I thought I’ll post a quick shot I took in the desert this weekend. Not much to say about it except that it was taken somewhere close to Al Ain in the UAE on our way back from a little Omani oasis named Khatwa. More about Khatwa in a future post this week as I haven’t had time to look through the shots from there.
The desert here was a real challenge to walk on if you were wearing flip flops. When trying to climb a dune your feet would just sink in and you would feel the burning hot sand everywhere. Not a pleasant feeling!
