While walking the other night with Jason through the Dubai Marina, we both noticed that it has come a long way from what it was just a few short years ago. It almost looks finished and there very few buildings left under construction. This has improved the quality of the air and you can now take some shots and change lenses without worrying too much about dust settling on your sensor.
Although I’ve taken photographs before here I always get excited at around the blue hour, when the lights in the buildings come on and everything starts to look a bit like a sci-fi movie. Technically this shot is pretty much straight out of the camera. Just a couple of minor curve adjustments and a perspective change to straighten up the buildings.
