Camping under the stars
As those of you who live in this part of the world know, these couple of days the Muslim world celebrates Eid Al Adha which means most people in the UAE are off for a few days. That, combined with the fact that the weather is just perfect at the moment creates the perfect opportunity for a camping weekend.
Unfortunately, during Eid, most of the camping spots along the coast are very crowded so this time we decided to head inland to Wadi Sidr. It’s a great little spot, very out of the way and yet fairly close to the main roads. Although I only took about 5 photos during the 2 days we were there, I’m fairly happy with this one as I think it really captures the mood of the weekend.
