This is probably the simplest shot (in terms of composition) that I took during my time in Portugal and it turned out to be one of my favourite from this trip. It was taken in the Algarve (in the south of Portugal) in a tiny little village called Cacela Velha and I actually got to have a quick chat with the French woman that owns this house. She noticed I was taking photographs of her house and came to ask me if I like the way it looks as it was available for rent.
The post-processing wasn’t overly complicated. I was just aiming to get the wall to look a bit whiter (the photograph was taken late in the afternoon in the shadow so it was quite yellowish) and bring out the yellow borders with a couple of curves.
