As you might already know from my Instagram stories, I am currently in Japan for a few days (yes, I am back after only a month or so), cameras in hand, exploring some new places I haven’t been to until now. One of these places that was high on my list was Dotonbori, the visually overloaded area in Osaka.
If there was ever a place that started to look like Blade Runner when it rains, this is it. When the transparent umbrellas come out and the pavement gets that rainy shine, it really starts to feel like you’re in a future imagined in the ’80s.
