By now I’ve posted quite a few images taken from the same location so there’s not a lot extra that I could tell you about the place.
There is something to tell you about the post-processing though. When I shot this image, I shot it thinking I will try to do a bit of tilt-shifting on it. Tilt-shifting is a way of shooting or processing an image using selective focus to bring only certain areas into focus. Most of the times it tends to make the images look like miniatures and it works well when you’re shooting a subject from above.
For this particular image I added a blurred layer over the image and then selectively masked that to bring back to sharpness only certain areas of the image.
