Expanding Business Bay
Lately I seem to be in a very black and white kind of mood as this is the third black and white image in a row that I’m posting. I think there might be a couple reasons for this, one being that I’m probably a bit over-saturated with the blue hour images that I’ve been shooting over the summer.
Having read about the recent resurrection of the Dubai Creek expansion project which will aim to extend the Dubai Creek around the Business Bay and back into the ocean I wanted to shoot an image of the Burj Khalifa that shows a little bit more of the vast empty land still ready for construction around this area. Once the creek extension will be completed, this area will effectively become an island and I imagine that once all these buildings will be finished, it will be quite a sight.
