Gásadalur
It’s time for me to say good bye to Faroe Islands and as I’m sitting at the airport waiting for my flight to Copenhagen, I thought I’ll blog one more image taken a few hours ago.
Gásadalur is a small village on the West side of Vágar Island and it’s probably one of the more well-known views of the Faroe Islands as the waterfall next to the village is quite picturesque. Like during most of my time here, the weather has been very heavy and doing a long exposure of this particular spot was quite difficult with strong winds shaking the tripod and constant rain drops settling in on my Lee Big Stopper ND filter. It did take a few tries, but in the end I made one sharp exposure I liked.
