I am not sure if I have mentioned this before here on the blog, but Japan is one of my favourite places to go to and if I could I would travel there at least 4-5 times a year even if it’s just to have some amazing food!
After having been already a few times, I am pretty familiar with Tokyo and on my last trip I decided to spread out a bit more and see a few other places. One of these was the Himeji Castle, Japan’s largest castle and one of its sites listed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Although I have a few more “traditional” images of the castle, I really liked this one image because of the couple in front of the castle who went to great lengths to setup their phone with a tripod and then wait for the place to be empty so they can have a photograph of just themselves.
