Seven years and counting
Today marks the seven years anniversary of my photography blog and after all this time I am still in awe with quite a few things. I’m in awe with the world as the more I travel, the more I want to travel and the more places I see, the more I wonder what other places are there to see. I’m in awe with how after years of hard work, I got to turn a hobby into my day job. The domain name momentaryawe.com has also just turned ten years last month and when I purchased this I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted to do with it. I knew I wanted to share some images online, but I had no idea that this will turn into anything more than that. I guess in the end it was something a little bit more than “momentary”.
As for the shot above, it’s not very often that I include myself in any of my photographs, but standing in front of the beautiful Skógafoss, I couldn’t resist adding some sort of human element to give you an idea about the size of the waterfall.
