Shining
Early morning last Saturday I went to the Dubai Mall to do a photoshoot for a client that provides engineering services to the mall so I had permission to go early before the crowds get there. I concentrated my efforts on the outside area at first because, for a change, the light was great and I had the whole Burj Dubai fountain area to myself.
If you live in Dubai, you might have seen that as the sun pops up above the horizon it starts shining on the Burj Dubai making the building really stand out against the sky and making it look like it has its edge drawn with a white marker. I wasn’t 100% happy with the colour version of the photograph and I thought I would try black and white which I think worked out really well. Of course, I would love to hear what you think.
