Stillness
I can’t really believe it, but I’m only a couple of hours of driving away from Romania and tomorrow, after 7 weeks, I should be reaching Timisoara, a city in the West of the country. It’s been a great journey so far and I cannot wait for the rest of the trip!
There have been so many great places on the way and I’m sure it will take me quite a while to post most of the images. Since I just finished with the Adriatic coastline a couple of days ago, I thought I’ll post this photograph of a beautiful scene on the coast of Montenegro. Although it looks like I used a long exposure to flatten the water, this was actually how the scene was. The moody clouds and light helped with the whole feel of stillness, but there was not a breath of wind and the islands almost looked suspended between the sky and the sea.
