Summer in Tibet

I took this photograph at the same time as this panorama, close to Nyalam on the Tibetan Plateau where the landscape just seemed unreal, particularly the mountains. They had this strange sandy colour, almost like big sand dunes and the bright yellow of the rapeseed field just accentuated that. With just one Photoshop curve to bump up the contrast, this is my least “processed” shot from my recent trip through Asia and probably one of the best ones.
