Sunset hues
Firstly, just wanted to let you know that my prints (both on photographic paper and canvas) are ready for TwingeDXB and they look really good. If you’ve been looking at the stuff I’ve been posting online for a while, this will be a great opportunity to see some of these images printed and framed. It will also be a good opportunity to get a nice Christmas present for a loved one as all the stuff on display next week is also available for sale. So come around between the 10th and 16th at WildPeeta and don’t forget to say hello!
Now to today’s shot… Ever since I’ve seen the Burj Khalifa at sunset for the first time, I’ve been fascinated by the glass used in the tower as it seems to simply come alive during the early evening hours. The reflections look incredible and always slightly different. During my shoot with David a couple of weeks ago, I got to chance to use my 300mm lens to get a couple of closeup shots of the tower capturing some of these beautiful hues. The colours look so good that I hardly had to do any post-processing (as you can see by rolling over the image to see the original).
