The Taj West End
First of all a bit of self-promotion. As for today’s photograph, it was taken on the lawn of The Taj West End Hotel in Bangalore. While I was shooting a wedding in December in Bangalore I stopped for a while to rest and grab something to eat. As I was eating, I noticed this scene in front of me and I thought it would make for an interesting panorama with all the people moving around and the lights shining everywhere. It was a bit difficult to capture this as people kept moving from side to side and appearing in two adjacent frames, but in the end I caught a moment when everybody stayed still for a while.
