Beirut is a great place for street photography with lots of great locations and people who easily accept to be photographed. Although it’s not a style of photography I’m very comfortable with, I do like to try it from time to time.
With that in mind, as I was walking through the Gemmayze area of Beirut, I spotted some very cool old buildings in a narrow street that I wanted to photograph. So I headed into one of the buildings thinking I would take some shots of the walls across the street through some of the broken windows. As soon as I got into the building, I noticed the scene below and quickly took a few shots before the man disappeared from the frame.
