As you can imagine there’s not a whole lot of things I can tell you about this image. It was taken from the roof of a 48 stories building in Business Bay and it depicts one of the air traffic warning lights at the top of the building with the tallest building in the world as a background. It’s a very simple shot, but I like the way the lines take your eye towards the subject.
As for the post-processing, it was very simple and initially I had this in black and white, which I think, if it wouldn’t have been for the red warning light, would have worked very well. By hovering over the image and looking at the original you will also notice that I’ve horizontally flipped the image as I thought it worked better. Of course, I would love to hear what you think (good or bad…)
