Winding road
As I’m getting ready for going to Salalah this weekend, I had a look over my old photos from this southern part of Oman. I’ve never been there during the summer (or the Khareef season) when Salalah is considered at its best. The place gets affected by the tail end of the Indian monsoon season and is quite a few degrees cooler than the rest of the region.
We will only be there for 3 days, but one of the places that I’m hoping to revisit is the road below. It was cut straight into the mountain and the best part of it is that it leads to this, a beautiful secluded beach nested below the mountains.
