Beijing was not easy to photograph this year. While we were there, the area was covered almost all the time with this thick haze that made any pictures look really flat with no contrast. I did get a chance to take a few shots that I was fairly happy with while we went for a 10km walk on the Great Wall and this is one of them. It’s a stretch of the wall viewed through a window of one of the many towers you have to pass through. While it’s probably not one my best shots, I do like it because of the interesting framing of the wall. Of course I would love to hear what you think.
Also, on another note, I have started a Facebook page for the blog where I’ll post from time to time shots that didn’t make it to the blog, that will hopefully give you a better insight into some of the trips I write about here.
