Jounieh #2
It’s been a busy couple of days photography wise, with lots of photography events happening here in Dubai, events that I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in. On Wednesday it was Slidefest, an already established event on the photography calendar here in the UAE organised by the guys at GPP. There was some great work on show and for me the standout was Farah Al Balooshi with her great minimalist series (particularly the architectural images). On Friday and Saturday, another well established event happened at Lighthouse Studios – Inspire (the 8th installment of this). Again, lots of interesting talks about all kinds of photography. Both events had really good crowds who asked plenty of questions.
