For my Nikon talk last week at the Xposure Photography Festival, I completely redesigned my usual presentation adding a lot of new imagery shot over the last year or so. Quite a few of those new images were shot this summer in the Azores, a chain of volcanic islands belonging to Portugal, located almost half way between Europe and North America. I only got a chance to blog one shot from there until now, but I did share a few more on Instagram which I think deserve to be seen a bit bigger here.
I’ll start with this photograph of the beautiful Lagoa do Fogo on São Miguel Island, one of the larger islands in the chain.
