The Doha skyline

I am currently in Doha, Qatar for a shoot and since today was the recce day, I had a bit of time in the evening to go to the Doha corniche and make an updated photograph of the Doha skyline. The last time I photographed the skyline here was in 2016 (you can see one of the images here) so there have been quite a few new buildings completed, particularly with the World Cup having just finished.

There is nothing complicated about a photograph like this, but sometimes it’s very enjoyable to just sit in the same spot waiting for the right light to happen over the city.
