Dubai Downtown 2020

Photographed the next day after the previous shot I posted, this is a similar view, but rather than making a vertical panorama with the 19mm tilt-shift lens, I went for the horizontal panorama to try and include a bit more of the area that’s developing fast across Dubai Mall’s main entrance. The timing is also different – I photographed this around 5pm, while the previous one was done at about 8am.

Although I’m on an assignment for an architectural firm to photograph some of their buildings, I always enjoy going back to places I photographed over the years to see how much is changing and take stock of all the new buildings.
