I found this photograph I made right at the beginning of the year when I was trying the new 19mm tilt-shift lens in a couple of familiar locations. Having said that, the photograph is actually made with the 24mm tilt-shift as I really loved the light that day and I wanted to do a long exposure to get rid of all the cars on Sheikh Zayed Road and ND filters weren’t yet available for the 19mm.
If you live in Dubai, I’m sure looking at this photograph is like having your dreams of a no traffic Sheikh Zayed Road come true!
