While I was in Tokyo last month, I lucked out with a new location I had never shot from before. I have been a member of the Global Hotel Alliance Discovery program for quite a few years and one of their new hotels that recently opened in Tokyo is right in the heart of Shinjuku, one of Tokyo’s busiest areas. I booked a room and then got a cool upgrade for the top floor (38th) with an amazing view over the entire area.
I have quite a few images from here at different times of the day, but I wanted to start with this one as I really loved how the sun was flaring through the double pane windows.
