Foggy sunrise in Dubai #7
I haven’t shot any images with Dubai in the fog for quite a long time now, but early this morning, knowing there might be some fog, I wanted to head out and see what I can find. Initially I was quite disappointed as a location I had in mind fell through and on top of that the fog didn’t show up. After shooting a few architectural images I was about to pack my stuff and go home when I noticed the fog slowly making its way on the horizon. So I headed to another location I’ve used before, set my gear up and managed to get a few shots I’m happy with, including the one above. If you look at the original image (just rollover with your mouse over the photograph), you will notice I did spend a bit of time cloning a building out. 🙂
Unfortunately the shoot was cut unexpectedly short when I managed to drop my phone from the roof all the way to the ground (40 stories) and I had to go find it! Amazingly the phone was without a scratch and on top of everything it captured the whole fall on video as I was filming at the moment I dropped it.
