King Abdullah Financial District
It’s time for another photograph from my recent trip to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, this time of the mammoth project called King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). It comprises 59 towers and although it has been under construction for quite a while it now seems to be nearing completion with a lot of the towers almost topped out. I wish I had some better weather when I made this photograph, but unfortunately, about 10 minutes after I captured the image a big storm came through making the skyline disappear in a cloud of dust.
