When I last visited Singapore 13 years ago, I wasn’t very focused on photography – I enjoyed it, but it was definitely just a hobby (plus, film was all the rage back then)!
So, over the last few days I walked about 40km around town, taking in the sights, camera-ready. Although, most of what I shot was on the street, in the lesser explored neighbourhoods of Singapore, I did dedicate one evening to shooting the gorgeous skyline and the spectacular Marina Bay Sands Hotel, a hotel that looks pulled out of a sci-fi novel. I’ve seen many photographs from here so I tried a few different things – one being tilting my 24mm tilt-shift lens and keeping the focus plane only on the part of the building which was reflecting the setting sun.
If you want to see quite a few more of my images from Singapore, head over to Instagram as I’ve been posting quite a few!
