For the last few years, I rarely spend too much time cloning out distractions from my personal images as I always try to get it right in camera as much as possible. So the image above is a bit of an exception in that sense. I only had access to one location to photograph the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha from higher up and that location was fairly limiting when it comes to avoiding some of the distractions around this beautiful building.
If you rollover with your mouse over the image you will notice that I’ve removed a couple of boats as well as a small piece of land at the edge of the frame. As long as I’m not shooting this for a magazine or a newspaper, I had no issues getting a bit more creative with the editing.
