My favourite shots of 2019

As I do at the end of every year for the last 10 years, I have compiled my favourite personal images I blogged in 2019. Although 2019 was the year I blogged the least (partly because I wanted to be a bit more selective), I still managed to post an image every couple of weeks which is not too bad considering it has been a busy year with less personal traveling than usual, but more commercial assignments. In a couple of days I will also share in a separate post my favourite commercial images of 2019.

Travel wise, it has been interesting because I spent three weeks in Pakistan over the summer covering pretty much the entire country from South to North, including an area I always wanted to visit – the Karakoram Highway. I also spent a couple of weeks on an assignment in South Sudan – the photographs are still under review, but needless to say, it was super interesting!
