Another year has gone by and this one felt like it just flew by. Having our son Ethan in January 2018 was by far the biggest thing that has happened this year and it has been amazing. We’ve managed to travel quite a bit with him already and I can’t wait to show him all the places I love in the world. The blog was a bit less active this year, mostly because of being busy with photography assignments and focusing on Ethan, but I still managed to post almost one post per week. I did find a new passion for drone photography and I hope to shoot quite a bit more drone stuff in 2019.
Travel wise, I spent quite a bit of time in Portugal over the summer, finally making it all the way to the Azores in the middle of the Atlantic. I’ve also returned to Ukraine to lead a travel photography tour with Nikon Premium Members organised by Nikon Middle East. I also visited for the first time the beautiful island of Malta at the invitation of the tourism authority there. Another first was Gibraltar which I ended up going to twice in 2018. So not a huge travel year like previous years, but considering we’ve got a new baby running around the house it’s not too bad!
So I will leave you with my 10 favourite personal images I blogged in 2018, wishing you an amazing 2019!
