Last week I spent a few days in Amsterdam on a quick break from the Dubai heat and one of the afternoons and evenings I took my camera out for a stroll in search of some interesting buildings to photograph as Amsterdam has plenty of cool architecture.

I had spotted the Pontsteiger building from the bus I used to get to the hotel so I headed towards it pretty quickly once checked in. I would have liked to stay until late in the evening to photograph it during the blue hour, but it wasn’t possible so I ended up making this intentionally over-exposed photograph of it which I quite like.
