Out of the fog #2

This image is the second out of three images photographed in December 2017 at the Al Dhafra Camel Festival (the first one is here) and I think it’s actually my favourite scene out of the three. I didn’t even remember photographing this until I saw it just a few days ago and I wish I knew why these two camels were separated like this from the rest of the heard. I’m gonna make a guess that maybe this camel (and its baby) was a high prized one. I remember walking around that particular morning trying to spot things in the fog and not too far from where this photograph was made we even had some fresh camel milk – and when I say fresh, I mean 5 minute old.
