Apologies for the lack of updates over the last 10 days or so, but I’ve been traveling through Mexico without much time for blogging. I’m still in Mexico City for another day, but I wanted to at least blog one image from here before I return to Dubai.
This is the Palacio de Correos (the post office palace) in Mexico City, a beautiful structure built at the beginning of the 20th century and modified a couple of times since then. In 1985 it was badly damaged during the strong earthquake that hit the city that year and a few years later was fully restaurated to its former glory.
On another note, don’t forget there’s still a few days left to leave a comment on my 1000th post so you can get yourself in the draw for a print of one of my images. More details here.
