There’s one good thing about the down time I have at the moment and that’s the ability to go through the archives properly and find all these images I wanted to post at the time, but never had the time. Although my trip to Antarctica happened almost 8 years ago, there’s still quite a few images I like that I never posted. This particular one is from the crossing through the Lemaire Channel (previous shots from there are here and here). The water was incredibly still and it almost looked like it had the consistency of oil.
