Souk Al Bahar 2015

As I promised in my previous post, here is another photograph of Souk Al Bahar and the Burj Khalifa, taken about 7 minutes earlier from a slightly higher angle. As I said, it’s amazing how different the building looks even in such a short time span.

On a slightly different topic, it’s also amazing how much my photography has changed in the last 6 years – when I was posting this image, I did a search to see what other images I’ve posted from Souk Al Bahar and I found these two taken in 2009. I’m slightly ashamed to link to them nowadays, but I also think that that’s one of the most important things about this blog for me. I can see my progression through the years and as long as I keep making progress, I’m happy.
