The desert from the air #1
With the lock-down around the world (and in the UAE) getting tighter and tighter I am pretty sure that we are all struggling for ideas of what to do with our newly found spare time. For me the last couple of weeks gave me the opportunity to work on a couple of things I’ve wanted to do for a while – like adding a trolling motor to my kayak or looking for new ways of getting in touch with people who have been attending my workshops. It also gave me the chance to take out my drone which had not been used for quite a few months.
On Thursday I spent the afternoon exploring a newly found spot in the desert close to Sharjah, flying the drone and generally enjoying some time out in nature. The shot above was my favourite I came away with for the afternoon, but there are a couple more that might be good enough to post.
I hope wherever you are, you’re staying healthy and mindful of the less fortunate people who will be hardest hit during these testing times.
