Taken during the same flying session as the photograph I blogged before, this is a bit closer to the main rocky outcrop and although I prefer the previous one, I think this one was worth blogging too.
What I find incredible in these images is that if you look closely, you’ll see quite a few huts dotted through the landscape. Those are small animal shacks and even small houses. People do make a life here, even in this harsh desert, where day temperatures get as high as 50 degrees Celsius.
