Warm colours
If you’ve visited Dubai or you are living here, you probably know that the best time for photography here is usually in the winter when clouds are a more common occurrence and the air gets rid of the summer humidity. So when dark and heavy clouds showed up yesterday morning I made a plan to visit a location I’ve photographed before (here and here) and see what I can come up with.
The colours were so different this time, with a slight warm tone in the air and lots of cloud cover filtering the light. I’ve got quite a few images, I’ll be posting, but I’ll start with this one, a photograph taken with the 24mm tilt-shift lens, with the lens fully tilted horizontally – that’s why you see only one line of focus through the image, where Burj Khalifa stands.
